Customer Success Manager

Job Summary

Shop Marketing Pros is seeking a driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. Shop Marketing Pros is a very well respected and rapidly growing Digital Marketing Company in the Independent Automotive Repair Industry with strong core values and a superb track record of serving its clients better than the competitors. Our key services include Website Design, Digital Advertising, Search Engine Optimization, and Social Media Management. We are looking for an individual who can assist us with client retention and foster loyalty by building close long-term client relationships. Knowledge of Digital Marketing services and the Independent Automotive Repair market is a big plus.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Act as a single point of contact for clients
  • Communicating regularly with clients via phone, email, and video
  • Building long-term client relationships to foster client retention
  • Meet with clients monthly to discuss marketing reports and other updates in their business
  • Act as the liaison between the client and the production team, to convey key information so that the client feels seen and served

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with zoom video meetings
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace Apps

  • Familiarity with Analytics Analysis a plus
  • Knowledge of the Aftermarket Automotive Repair industry a plus
