ABOUT: Jay’s work as our Operations Admin Assistant ensures that our Operations Team, the people running your auto repair shop marketing, are well supported. Jay works closely with our COO to keep big operational projects on schedule, making sure nothing falls through the cracks, and figuring out possible issues that could arise to solve them sooner.
“I love working in marketing because I get to see how different strategies and campaigns help businesses grow, and I enjoy being part of a team that makes that happen. My background is mostly in operations and admin work, but I got into marketing because I like organizing things, keeping projects on track, and helping the team run smoothly so they can focus on the creative side.”
Jay’s favorite thing about the automotive industry is seeing how much goes into helping a business grow and run smoothly. “I like learning about the different services and cars, and I enjoy being part of a team that helps auto shops succeed.”

SUPERPOWER OF CHOICE:
If I could have a superpower, it would be the ability to breathe underwater and swim super fast like a fish. I love freediving, so it would be amazing to explore the ocean without limits. I like to think I was a mermaid in a past life haha!

My perfect weekend includes long rides on my motorbike, soaking up the sun at the beach, and freediving like a mermaid on a mission. Basically, anything that gets me on the road or in the water, and maybe both at the same time if I figure out that superpower I mentioned!

My favorite way to use my PTO is going on adventures like long motorbike rides, beach trips, freediving, and anything that gets the adrenaline pumping like cliff jumping or zip-lining.
