Visiting your analytics dashboard for marketing services such as Digital Ads, SEO, and Social Media provides you with transparency to your stats and results. 

To access your dashboard visit: https://shop-marketing-pros.agencyanalytics.app/
To login, use your work email for the username and the unique password that you created during setup.
If you lose your password, you can select the “Forgot Password” link to reset a new one.

Your shared Google Drive, or Shared Assets Folder, with SMP serves as a storage folder shared between your team and ours. Here, you can upload photos, videos, your team roster, and any other assets that would be beneficial for us to use in your marketing services. Typically, this folder will be named ‘Your Business Name + SMP Shared Assets.’ Please inform your point of contact on our team whenever you update any assets in the shared Google Drive.

The link to your Shared Assets Folder will be included in your pre-kickoff email and post-kickoff homework email. If you have misplaced this link, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. Additionally, you can bookmark this link or ‘Star’ this folder if you are using the Google Suite for convenient access.

Please fill out this form to share your hiring information with us. As your marketing partners, we’ll include the job listing on your website and ads or social media (if you receive these services).

Contact your Customer Success Manager to let them know you’re moving locations! Depending on what services you receive, we will help you market your move by:

  • Adding the new location, phone number, hours and map to your website
  • New location Facebook awareness ads and edits to Google Ads to indicate new location
  • New location Google Business Listing, optimization, posts and NAP changes to directories
  • Social media posts relating to progress updates, opening dates, etc. You will also receive an email newsletter announcing the move/new location opening if you receive email services.

How It Works

  • For every new client you refer, you’ll receive 10% off your invoice (up to $500 per month, per referral).
  • If the referred client signs up for a website-only service, the maximum discount is $250 per month, and the discount will expire once the website is paid in full, typically after 18 months.

Important Guidelines

  • An existing client must refer the new client before they make initial contact with us.
  • A referral is only valid if the referring client emails us to make an introduction. The new client cannot simply mention your name after they have already reached out.
  • Discounts apply to future invoices and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • There is no limit to how many clients you can refer—the more you refer, the more you save!

How to Refer Someone

To ensure you receive credit for your referral, simply email your customer success manager before your referral reaches out. Provide us with the shop owner’s name, business name, and contact information. Once they become a paying client, your discount will be applied to your next invoice.
