ABOUT: Loretta, our Creative Director, is quite literally the Director of Making Things Pretty. She is the driving force behind keeping SMP’s visual brand aligned, and oversees every website we build for auto repair shops, making sure the user interface and user experience are strong. Her double-major in Communication and Graphic Design gives her the right background to be a great leader on our team who understands the marketing world and how it works with the design world.

I started my career in web design in 2014 and grew through roles in UX, branding, and creative leadership, working across small businesses, agencies, and startups. That led me here, where I get to work with an amazing design and web team to help Automotive Professionals grow and create a marketing presence that is truly unique to who they are.”
Loretta’s favorite part of the automotive industry is the people and their stories. “Every industry I’ve worked in has been different, but what connects them all are the real people, missions, and values behind the brand. The most unique and successful designs always come from the most genuine people.”
