ABOUT: Hallie, our COO, keeps SMP moving forward and on track to deliver great mar.keting to the automotive industry. She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a B.A. in Marketing, and then received her M.S. in Sports Management.

“It’s the opposite of dull. It’s always evolving, sometimes so much that you wish it would chill out for a second. But I thrive on that. What gets me up is knowing we’re helping shops grow their bottom line which has a direct impact on their employee’s lives.

I started in social media, with dreams of sports marketing. Life had other plans (cue COVID and marriage). While I’m not marketing professional sports, I did marry into it. My husband’s career is in professional baseball, so I still get the behind-the-scenes peeks, and honestly, it sometimes makes my happy life didn’t go that route for me career wise. Lol. Lucky for us, my digital marketing career means I can work from anywhere. Whether it’s a last-minute move or spontaneous road trip (both of which happen more often than I’m comfy with), I’ve been able to grow in my career, and help grow our company while seeing and living in places I never imagined.

At SMP, I started as a messaging strategist right when we pivoted into the auto repair niche. Five years and many hats later, I found my love for Operations and now sit here in a leadership role.”
