Loretta Pielmeier
Loretta, our Creative Director, is quite literally the Director of Making Things Pretty. She is the driving force behind keeping SMP’s visual brand aligned, and oversees every website we build for auto repair shops, making sure the user interface and user experience are strong. Her double-major in Communication and Graphic Design gives her the right background to be a great leader on our team who understands the marketing world and how it works with the design world.
