From a young age, the family transmission shop provided Craig O’Neill with priceless experience in a variety of roles. With his greatest interest being in communication and technology, he was always looking for ways to make a difference in his family’s business. Craig quickly found that making changes in a business can be an enormous challenge. He also found he enjoyed overcoming those challenges and developed a passion for helping others do the same. In 2018, Craig joined Autoflow and has developed training processes to support organizations of all sizes as they modernize their processes. As a member of Toastmasters since 2019 he continually focuses to improve his communication skills and is most fulfilled when journeying with others who also seek to become more effective communicators. In 2024 Craig was invited to host a new podcast called “Speak Up – Effective Communication” on the Aftermarket Radio Network.
